In a church environment where missonaries and evangelistic crusades see large numbers of decisions, it can be discouraging to those who preach the true unadulterated Gospel and do not see many conversions. When we see our efforts to preach the gospel appear to fail, we must not be discouraged because it was prophesied by Isaiah that though the message and messengers are beautiful, the reality is that many will not believe the report. Due to the nature of the message, which is an offense, natural men will not accept it unless God has previously changed their heart. However, we should be encouraged as God always uses the preaching of the gospel to save His remnant.
