She was an active member of the Lutheran Church in Linden, NJ, where she sang in the choir, was a Sunday School teacher and member of the Ladies Aid Society. In 1989, she and her husband moved to Phoenix, AZ, and in 1998 they moved to Banning, CA. Her husband, Frederick J. Scheitlin, preceded Claire to the Celestial City in 2005 – a few weeks before their 53rd wedding anniversary.
She enjoyed listening to this sermon.
May the Good Shepherd lead you so that you lack no good thing. May you find your rest in Him and be comforted by His rod and staff, until you come to your final rest in the house of the Lord forever.
