With His disciples discouraged and distraught over the idea of Jesus leaving them, Christ comforts His disciples and us by turning our thoughts toward heaven – our eternal home. As we meditate upon eternal matters we will find the things of earth will grow strangely dim and our trials will appear momentary and light.
